Salamu ‘alaykum.
Ramadan is in 7 days.
Most people will enter it cold.
No routine. No mental preparation. No discipline buffer.
The first week becomes damage control, guilt management, and "I'll start properly tomorrow."
By the time they stabilise? Half of Ramadan is gone.
But here's what I learned about consistency
I’ve always been Mr. Locking In.
I’d aim for 4 Juz at night.
Taraweeh and Tahajjud.
1-hour walks after Fajr to revise my hifdh.
By Day 9? Shattered. Expeditiously cooked.
Because intensity never lasts.
Ramadan isn't about going all out. It's about consistency.
Allah told you He wants to make it easy—so why make it hard for yourself?

The Prophet ﷺ only went all out a couple times a year. His default was consistency.
Instead of asking:
“How much did I do today?”
Started asking:
“Did I actually show up?
The 7-Day Warmup
Athletes don't compete without warming up. Soldiers don't deploy untrained.
Ramadan is no different.
You don't need perfection—you need momentum.
In these 7 days, warm up:
Sleep pattern (earlier nights)
Phone discipline
One consistent act of worship
One bad habit reduction
Build a foundation that lasts you a month.
Why this works
Momentum compounds.
A prepared Day 1 leads to easier Day 3, fewer slips in Week 2, and confidence in the Last 10 Nights.
And when you pair momentum with muhāsabah—a simple daily reflection on what you did, where you slipped, what you're proud to show Allah—consistency becomes natural, not forced.
Take action tonight
Not tomorrow. Not Sha’ban 29th.
Tonight.
Put your phone away 30 mins before bed.
Pick one ‘ibadah you can do consistently.
Do it.
Then go to sleep.
Let Allah’s Remembrance be the last thing you do tonight, insha Allah.
A system that makes consistency effortless
That's why I built Ramadan Champion.
It's not about doing more. It's about showing up consistently—with a simple daily reflection built right in. No pressure. No burnout.
Just enough to stay honest. Just enough to stay consistent.
Imagine reaching Eid knowing:
"I didn't go all out—but I showed up every day for Allah's Pleasure."
That kind of Ramadan leaves a mark.
May Allah accept it from us.
Ramadan Champion is currently at its early-bird price.
In 7 days—when Ramadan begins—the price doubles.

Ramadan Champion
The system to win the daily battle between you and your Nafs this Ramadhan!
Light mode for the sisters. Dark for the bruddas.
Don't rely on willpower again. Use a system that makes consistency fun.
See you on the inside,
Hamza
P.S. Quick reflection for you:
What always hits you hardest in the first week?
For me, it’s always the Taraweeh + tahajjud combo.
Start getting compression socks now, bruddas and sisters.
